Registered Mail

For your protection all Domestic & International parcels will be sent by registered mail.

Within Australia

Purchases will be posted standard delivery at a flat rate of AUD $14.95.  You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.

A signature will be required on delivery.  Please provide a work address or P.O. Box if you will not be home during business hours.  If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card for you to collect your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Pink Zebra does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for and delivered.

International Deliveries

Purchases to be delivered outside of Australia will be posted via Airmail.  You will receive your order in approximately 7-14 working days.

A signature will be required on delivery.  Local postal guidelines apply if no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel.  Pink Zebra does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for and delivered.

Please note, regarding International postal charges:
  • Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
  • The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”.
  • We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift” even if order is placed with the intention of sending a gift to the recipient.

GST on International Orders

GST will not be charged for International Orders.  The total price of your order will include 10% GST until checkout.  At checkout the GST tax will be deducted from your order.
