Return & Exchange Policy

 


If you change your mind about the goods you have purchased online, pink zebra will be happy to exchange, credit or refund.  Please note the conditions below.

 

 

Christmas Deliveries


Due to a high-demand in online orders leading up to Christmas, we recommend that all online purchases intended to be received before Christmas, be placed by Monday December 14th.  We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is received by 23rd December.

 

 


Returns for Exchange or Refund

 

pink zebra gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

 

       
If you wish to exchange your purchase please include a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you.  All postage costs will be covered by the customer.   Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, we will be happy to provide you with a credit note or refund your original method of purchase.



Credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item on the original receipt.

      
Please note shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

     

For your convenience, items purchased online may be returned to any pink zebra store for immediate exchange, credit or refund.  Please bring with you your receipt and credit card used to make the original purchase.

 


In line with the Trade Practices Act, we will provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund if the product you purchase is faulty or different to that shown or described.  Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.

 


5 step Return Instructions

 

1.  Return to us the item within 14 days of your purchase, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached to garment.

 


Please include with your return:

 

2.      Original receipt

 

3.      Return/Exchange Goods Form (also contained in original package) completed and signed.

 

4.      If you wish to exchange your purchase please include a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you.
