We teamed up with the legends at Village Roadshow Theme Parks to help bring an epic Coca-Cola "Scan & Win" promotion to life — and with over $80K in instant prizes up for grabs, this one brought serious buzz across the four Village Roadshow parks: Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, Sea World, and Paradise Country.

The idea was simple but effective. Guests who bought a meal combo with a 16oz Coca-Cola (or just the drink at Paradise Country) received a custom Coke cup featuring a QR code. Scan the code, and boom — you're straight into a fun mobile ‘Scratch & Win’ bottle cap game. Play then and there to find out instantly if you’d scored a prize. Easy, interactive, and built to keep the energy high while guests explored the parks.

Behind the scenes, we built a real-time prize redemption system tailored to each theme park, making it super easy for staff to manage winners and hand out prizes on the spot. No clunky systems, no delays — just instant rewards and lots of happy faces.

From the tech setup to the creative rollout, it all came together to create a smooth and memorable in-park experience that drove engagement, boosted Coca-Cola sales, and added a little extra magic to everyone’s day out.
